Judging & Scoring Contestants Ages 4–12

Contestants in the Tiny Miss, Little Miss, and Junior Miss divisions will be judged in the following categories:

  • Stage Presence – Confidence, poise, personality, and smile 

  • Modeling – Attire, presentation, posture, and overall appearance 

  • On-Stage Question – Personality, communication skills, confidence, and age-appropriate articulation 

  • Overall Impression – Overall presentation, charm, and stage appeal

  • Teen and Miss contestants will be judged in the following categories:

  • Stage Presence – Confidence, poise, personality, and smile 

  • Modeling – Attire, presentation, posture, and overall appearance 

  • On-Stage Question – Personality, communication skills, confidence, and articulation 

  • Personal Interview – Communication skills, maturity, articulation, character, and overall impression Judging Policies

  • Our judges are carefully selected based on their professionalism, impartiality, and experience. All judges serve independently and volunteer their time to support a fair and positive pageant experience.

  • All scores, placements, and judge decisions are final and may not be disputed.

  • Scoring is based on overall presentation, confidence, personality, and sportsmanship — not solely on attire or appearance.


Code of Conduct & Eligibility

To ensure a positive, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone, all contestants, parents/guardians, and guests are expected to follow the rules outlined below.


Respect & Sportsmanship 

All contestants, families, judges, staff, and attendees must be treated with courtesy and respect at all times.


Zero Tolerance Policy 

Bullying, gossip, intimidation, harassment, threatening behavior, or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated in any form—including in person, online, or through social media. This policy applies to contestants, parents/guardians, family members, and guests.


Positive Environment

Disruptive behavior, excessive negativity, arguing with staff or judges, or creating unnecessary drama before, during, or after the event may result in disqualification and/or removal from the venue.


Good Sportsmanship

Contestants and families are expected to demonstrate grace, humility, and kindness regardless of the competition outcome. We encourage cheering for and supporting all participants.


Authority of Pageant Staff

All decisions made by pageant directors and judges are final. Failure to comply with staff instructions may result in disqualification or removal from the event.


Enforcement

Violation of any rule or conduct expectation may result in immediate disqualification and removal from the pageant without refund. This applies to both contestants and their parent(s)/guardian(s).


Eligibility

Contestants must: Be female Be current residents of Clark County, Indiana at the time of the pageant Meet the age requirements for their division. Contestants cannot have won the title in the same age division previously. 


By registering for this pageant, contestants and parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to abide by all rules, policies, and conduct expectations listed above.
