Information Booth
Need Help During the Festival?
Visit the Information Booth for schedules, directions and general festival guidance. The information booth is located in the center of the food court on the north side of the walkway.
Bagged ice is available for purchase at the Information Booth throughout the festival for vendors, and exhibitors while supplies last.
Medical Assistance
Medical Assistance: Fire, EMS, and Police personnel are present throughout the festival and maintain dedicated locations on the grounds. If you need medical assistance or have an emergency, please notify the nearest public safety official or festival volunteer for immediate assistance.
Lost & Found
If you’ve misplaced an item, stop by the Information Booth to see if it has been turned in. We may also make announcements during the festival and post updates on our Facebook page to help reunite lost items with their owners.
